Anyway, once one click on the link suggested, appeared a page formatted as Facebook, but the first thing I did was ask for your password. No user name, password only. Ummmmhhhh ... weird ... weird, so I closed it and came back to see the email.
First problem, even if the sender claimed to be "Facebook" in fact the shipping address was:
update + zrdoc1rfvdpf@facebookmail.com
second problem: he was sent to my secondary email address, which I have not registered with FacebookThird problem: The recipient name is not put my full name, but "Iñaki Ktm200" no doubt drawn by a robot of some Web ads 2nd hand, which has long sold a KTM 200.
Fourth problem: One of the people he wanted to be my friend, is already on my friends list. The other is in the friends list of one of my friends. Names certainly robots also extracted from databases Facebook.
So cuidadin.
My advice?
If you do not understand one bit of information, or you are new to this Facebook, ignore all emails that I come from that account. Or at least, not "clickéis" directly on links in emails I come. If you get notifications, you can read them, but then manually navigate to the Facebook page. If they were really notices legitimate, it will have filed with the ads that appear above.
