Azo Yeast Ok When Pregnant

THE TRAIL ULTRA CAMET

Very good information I've received about the beauty of the route of the race Miravet. But the experience of two previous editions and any change in the route have made to stay very short.
A tour extremely nice, with 97 percent of paths, trails and crests. With barely a maximum height of 340 m. the test was a real rompepiernas, with few flat sections. Vertical ascents and descents short but breathtaking. Quite technical career On the other hand, great for those of us who like to run down the mountain.
As for the views, unbeatable, with two main protagonists: the Castle of Miravet and Ebro river Spectacular views of both in many sections of the race. Tomorrow
something cool before turning out, with a rather icy wind which almost invited to run with the raincoat, which would have been a serious error, since once the race, this was totally in the background and the sun gift with a magnificent day to almost sin of excessive heat in the last kilometers.
For classification there was no surprise. Although not found anything Puca commented fine reach the goal with a couple of minutes ahead of second place. Special mention for Ragna, who would finish a few Puca 16 minutes and 25 minutes ahead of Olga Manko to come in second place. There will be closely monitored Ragna season, which this year will surely trouble many of the top runners in the country.
organization deserves special mention and the pretty village of Miravet, also of giving with this wonderful trip, set up a great party on arrival, with live music entertainment, stalls selling products, natural orange juice to "tutti fully" and sausage and grilled kebabs for everyone concerned with "pa amb receptacles, as well as coca and pastissets to finish sweeten ma nana. Not to mention the great runner's bag that prepared us.
And all this for nothing more or less than more than 500 participants from the course and 12-km march to be held parallel to the race. Indeed, the spectacular start of the race with all participants in the march by the square hallway. I really went
18 km and 1350 m. of positive slope.
MIRAVET CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WORK WELL DONE!

Right Testicle Pain Hot

Coix

Despite not being a competitive test, or precisely because of that, they are already 212 students enrolled in the ULTRA TRAIL SOBRARBE . Remind
are only 250 places available and the sure both will soon be sold out. Two things
identify this test. The first is the fantastic scenery through which runs. The steps upon the hills of Portiello Tella and the Cruz Sentinel not leave anyone indifferent.
The second and most important I think, is the sensational treatment that offers runners, almost personal. So also set a limit of only 250 runners. You can not escape the last detail. Hence also the large number of repeaters, however distant source whatsoever. Of time are represented and 19 provinces, plus some other French rider (not to mention our friend Scofield is a little English).
Remember that this year's event will be held in one day. Will be on Saturday 25 June and the end will be in the pretty village of Plan, where after 8 pm will host a dinner for all participants, with subsequent "return" to Ainsa.
The Ultra Trail consists of two tests, both in semi-autonomous, non-competitive and the GR following:
- Ultra itself, 65 km and 3500 m. positive, with a maximum completion time of 13 hours (just to reach a rosette spray and dinner!).
-Marathon, with 42 km and 2000 m. positive. It will end in Bielsa, having a maximum of 9 hours. Bielsa will also be bus service to bring riders to the Plan.
And all this for the modest price of 30 euros, 5 of which will go towards a charity project. Fantastic
also for the accompanying test, which otherwise have the opportunity to collaborate with the organization if they wish, as people cross paths as charming as El Pueyo de Aragua, Aragua, Badaín, Lafortunada, Tella, Bielsa, Señes or Gistaín. People with easy access and a road very little traffic.
New in the last minute, it appears that the organization, to the great success of the test and two years experience and can increase the number of seats to the 300.

Gravitards

Today, Gravitards has been finally released for Windows Phone 7.

“Gravitards is a skill-based game with amazing graphics and real physics, where you have to drive a ball through many different levels, reaching the end zone (or “gravitard”), without dropping it, while collecting rings distributed all around. You´ll find obstacles, moving parts, force fields, guillotines, ramps, jumps, and even a pinball table to play with. Test yourself by controlling the ball with your device’s accelerometer, with on-screen buttons, or with the keyboard, and get the needed practice to complete all the levels.”

Raven Riley Real Name

Zegama DRAW. ZARAGOZA TO BEIJING BY BICYCLE. SELECTION

Diego Ballesteros Huesca was reunited yesterday with many friends in the presentation of "12,822 miles. De Zaragoza to Beijing by bicycle," a book written from the heart "that goes Beyond chronicling trips. The cyclist told Barbastro in the auditorium of the County's "madness" which led in 2008 to emulate Marco Polo and walk in 99 steps the distance between Beijing Zaragoza. The goal, to unite the two cities in the year of hosting the Expo and the Olympics. Many
then followed the adventure through your blog and be happy when on August 23 arrived in Beijing after joys, setbacks and even some stone. After him when he suffered a serious accident left him in a wheelchair in the Race Across America. The 544 pages of his first literary foray exude emotion and honesty. "I tried to read this book which is riding with me." With this simple sentence, Diego said yesterday his intentions and hoped that "the book does not leave anyone indifferent, it is written from the heart."
addition to this work, a short film directed by Javier Meler summarizes some moments of the trip, some funny, some cherished, all emotional. Friends who was found, countries, some unpronounceable, for the crossing. A sand core with your name, a child with the Madrid shirt, a potluck dinner with a family in a country lost talk about feelings rather than objective.
Alexander, brother of the protagonist, he recalled details of the affair and led an act involving people who have worked in the book. Beatriz Gimeno, author of the cover, illustrator Santiago Sánchez and Pedro Solana, sidekick sports and author of the foreword. They all also friends, as is Antonio Cosculluela, president of the council, the mayor of Barbastro and one of the first to know about the project. "He opened the computer and told me detail by detail. Named countries, never better, I sounded like Chinese, "he said with a smile. He also recalled how at first took some believed in the project and assessing the quality of its author," great athlete, a teacher, but above all as a human being, a humble man as they come. "
Beatriz Gimeno welcomed the opportunity to create a cover page that was clear at the outset appear to be the image of his character. Among the possible images, selected one in which camera, behind him, involves the reader of the landscape, and a convenient backlit "says the challenge facing the adversity of the journey." In the end, she was pleased to have achieved "that this cover is a gateway to a great adventure." A Santiago Sánchez
sounded "there was a madman who was out there with a bicycle." When he got to know the story thoroughly and do not hesitate to illustrate his pencil drawings with a book is not just a travel journal, and not all joy. " His drawings show human types and express what Diego could not shoot.
Pedro Solana, mountaineer, writer and sidekick, said that "it was not hard" to end a foreword he wrote "with his heart in his hand." In his speech recalled his beginnings in the mountain slopes and some adventures, not fabrications, the Camino de Santiago, by trekking in the Himalayas or cycling through the Pyrenees.

Flash Animated Chicken

COMODOTO (2354 m) and COOK (2049 m)

trees you can not see the forest. If you climb the Monte Perdido, Robiñera, Las Tres Marias, etc ... from the top do not appreciate its greatness, but if you go up to Comodotó not only appreciate his greatness, also its verticality, its infinite slopes, flat lines, punchudas rash and marked by horizon.
As I said, the trees you can not see the forest, so we decided to view leave it and go to the opposite viewpoints, the peak Comodotó. This unknown peak to the general public and the mountaineer in particular is located between two deep valleys, the Pineta crossed by the river Cinca, and Chisago, crossed by the Royal River. This is the peak of the Sierra de Espierba, located to the west, is also called Peak Piedramula (2.354metros). Ot ro point of the Sierra de Espierba, located to the east is the Peak Cook (2,049 m).
parked the car in the town of Espierba, 20 inhabitants in 1991, next to the viewpoint of the Valle de Pineta, leaving the town on the trail that goes to the plains of La Larri. After a stop in the viewpoint we follow the trail, which soon becomes two, followed by the right of the north, which only leave to follow the path that the short, very well indicated by the corresponding milestones. Thus we come to the hill of Espierba, 1800 meters, from which changes direction to the west and across the ridge and will arrive first to Tozal White (1,994 meters), passing by the Due Plana, and arrive at the beginning of Comodotó, strong pyramid to be taken calmly. At the peak
wonderful views, lofty and deep, we destroyed (stun). We look at the north face shovel, shovel great for skiing, awesome, vertical, broad and technical (300 m blade). The snow was good and the skis at home. The 950 meter drop that we have made, make them worth on skis or snowshoes. If there is snow, it was not the day, from Espierba (1,360 meters).
walked down the same path up the hill Espierba. Here we decided to make a gift to Michael, so we climbed the peak near Cook, near vision, but distant walking. It is the other end of the Sierra de Espierba, first on the trail up the hill Sarratillons (1,800 meters) and then along the ridge, we make it back the same way, first up the hill and then up Espierba Espierba.
magnificent view towards the bottom and Chisagüés northern village and the peak of La Mota (2,580 m). To the east and the valley of Urdiceto to Punta Suelza. Tella Portillón south (where if all goes well we will go down this summer running ultra trail of Sobrarbe-), to the sides of peaks and shovel Montini Montini. To the west of the Tres Marias (Zuca Plana, 2.702m., Zuca Roncha, 2.757m. And Punchuda Zuca, 2.781m.) And the Three Sorores - Treserols (Soum de Ramond or Añisclo Peak (3.263m.), Monte Perdido (3,355 m) and Marboré cylinder (3.328m.).
We conducted the expedition: Jesus, Miguel and Javier.
The rise time to Comodotó: 2h. 35m. and from the Hill or Espierba to El Grau Cook: 1h. 10m.
The glorious day, such as cognac.
The unevenness: some 1,250 meters and 950 to 300 to Cook Comodotó from Collado.
is advisable at this time at least crampons and ice ax. Although we crampons not draw from the bag, and the ax, just me. Javi

CURSA "LO FRAR" Ginestar

Bonita, beautiful morning we had on Sunday to be at the mountains ratillo Ginestar and enjoy this new edition of the Cursa "What Frare."
Something fresh in principle, but with the departure at 10 am and the sun as a spectator from the start was not good idea to wear clothes too, because as the miles passed the temperature was climbing up a very nice 14 - 16 degrees.
Third race of the 19 that make up the Circuit Terras del Ebre.
A mountain race, which despite a lot of the 22 km track are developed like a lot. And the rest of kilometers are really beautiful, visiting the most emblematic places in the area, all trails, crests, gorges. Interesting paths for running and very showy promotions. Finally I went 990 m. positive. Very nice
output given from a small crane, one of the "monks" (frare), with a cigar in his hand told us in his "Letter" that he had learned of this career through facebook. Phenomenal
the subject of volunteers, spread throughout the race at each intersection, with the odd monk guide us all on track. And also sensational runner bag with fleece lining and a bottle of wine and the traditional sausage on goal. Of 10 the organization. CONGRATULATIONS.
The winner was Javier Delgado, although closely pursued by Roberto Prades, the bursting of the environment that will finish with more than 2 minutes ahead of Ahmed Elqayed and almost 4 minutes on Puca. Roberto finally and carried away, go into the 6th place.
far superior in the female category, where Judit Casas defeated with enough authority to 2:25, more than 10 minutes ahead of Olga Manko , while Elena Ferreres come third with 2:41. This podium it could be any ultra trail. Go trio!
And a few data for the statistics: 268 registered. 32 women. 17 not out (a woman), 6 dropouts (no women) and 245 finishes.
Next appointment on February 27, right next to Ginestar. In Miravet with Coix KITE. 19 km and 1200 m positive.

Ml 1610 Samsung Toner Saver Off

for Windows Phone 7 3-O-Matic. Is it feasible to make our favorite shows in 3D? Forklift Simulator Simax

There has been several attempts to make cartoon TV shows in 3D, or look realistic. For instance, Simpsons’ first attempt looked something like this:

It was really fun, but didn’t actually capture the essence of Homer, which for me is nothing more than this:

Many artists have tried to do so since then, but honestly, they scared me more than make me laugh. Some amazing examples:

Pretty awesome, but they are stills mostly. Hard to animate that. Recently though, I have discovered other examples that seem more feasible to me, as they are just plain 3D models, not so post-processed, and in my opinion they capture pretty well the essence of the characters (from Futurama, in this case):

unti3tled

untitl6ed

un8titled

COOL !

For those of you who always asked themselves how are The Simpsons done, you can check this video (sorry it´s in English only, from Chile TV apparently):

I always thought they had some kind of software to manage camera angles automatically. I even thought sometimes (specially for the most recent seasons) that backgrounds or characters where initially animated in 3D, and then rendered as 2D, but it seems they are animated traditionally.

The video is pretty old though, so things probably changed in the last years.

Some other hilarious examples:

And some other pics as a present. Not in 3D, but really fun !!, and very appropriate for T-Shirts… ja jaaa:
