How To Make Bubble Skirt

THE "Sarria" of Serrablo

SAMUEL . NEW COACH OF ARAGON.
If there is reincarnation, new life, Jesus Sanchez certainly would be a chamois. I would like to leave your work at an animal Endesa and be free as the wind. A Samuel, which is what everyone calls her friends Sabiñánigo, loves to run hours and hours on the roads of Serrablo pedrizas climb, through forests, climb mountains, find beautiful scenery, down to the grave opened by the snowy slopes the peaks of the Valle de Tena ...
This endearing character who looked like a shepherd in the Pyrenees, looks soft-spoken and stern and tough, has long been linked to mountain races. Now about to turn 44, has been named the new coach Aragonese Federation of mountain races. He succeeds Fernando Navarro.
is known by heart all over the Serrablo and has participated in all mountain races held in the province of Huesca. He struggles to choose the most spectacular and hardest of all. But after much thought, is left with the Canfranc-Canfranc. "On demand is the one that best suits me. It is the hardest of Spain. People get excited and crying after finishing after 42 miles of effort. I've seen people who came down with a gap in the head. If asked to make themselves know, would prevail, and many People from all over Spain. But maybe it is a good thing that we run so few people. Last year played 30 people, "said Samuel.
Evolution
In Sabiñánigo not lost. Many years ago this jolly-looking athlete some called him a fool because he was going to run just to the nearby mountains. Today everything is different. "25 years ago was not at anyone here and I was ashamed that he had gone to Santa Orosia running. People treated me crazy. From tiny to crosses with Sabiñánigo Mountain Groups, I liked running and I've done climbing. I have attached the two sports and I love them, "he says.
Samuel has gotten under his belt many males, but always remember his run with the bike. "Last year I went biking Sabiñánigo Athens and eight years ago did the same from North Cape to my house," he says. But the Aragonese fits an unmet challenge. Perform transpyrenean running. He has tried three times unsuccessfully. "The first was of Irun Viella. Each of the thirteen days do 60 km on average. The second time I went to Viella Llansá. The third I was closer. I went from Irun to Sabiñánigo and retired by tendonitis" he explains. I still think to complete the adventure. "What happens is that I lack the time. Luckily we are in a site as in the Pyrenees where we can do everything. I do not lack ideas, "he says.
The mountain races have evolved." Before, those who earned as a mountain and the athletes were engaged in athletics. Background athletes have gotten into this world and work better than the mountain. "Youngsters ask tough step in this mode." After 30 years is a good age, but Kilian Jornet is 23 and is doing terrible things . With 16 years was world champion in ski mountaineering, "he says.
Sam is a golden rule of mountain races." They make up, but they miss going down, "he says. Sanchez is excited about his new role in the Aragonese Federation of Mountaineering. "I've taken with desire as it is a world that I like. There are many small things that you have to give the corn. I know many people, I have many contacts, I know how a corridor of mountains ... This position is a bit tricky because you have to choose the best, "he says. His great love is the Puyada Oturia Mount, which is one of the organizers. "He has been twice Championships in Spain, three Cup in Spain and this year marks the 25 September the Regional clubs."

Do I Need To Extend Outlet For Tile

Almost nothing the challenge that these 4 have been proposed ultradistance Catalanes.
Neither more nor less to travel the 600 km of literal Catalan Portbou separating in the same French border Ulldecona, bordering Valencia.
For this challenge will follow the route of the GR92.
The GR92 is a long distance footpath which forms part of a major European routes, the E10, which comes from Russia and to Gibraltar.
On their way through GR 92 called Catalonia, in commemoration of the Olympics held in Barcelona at the time, but really the GR was inaugurated in 1986.
The course we are talking about has a mileage of 600 km and the positive slope is around 14500 m
Our friends are planning to do it in six days, starting on April 16 and ending on the 21st Ulldecona. The average comes easily: 100 km day.
And these are the men: MANOLO REAL, JUAN CARLOS SCOOTER, PACO JORDI ROBLES ADAM and BELLART. Take a support team consisting of a couple of friends and a car-caravan. Among the 4 ultra-endurance racing has completed 450 ultras. As curious as the eye, which I do not remember, I think Paco Robles finished in 6 or 7 times the UTMB.
But the most important part of this adventure is, undoubtedly, the banner under which they will perform the feat. The Standard of obrir-SE TO MON. For people with autism:
"This time we want to give practical meaning to so much effort and we will try to combine equally excited to continue doing what we do best, run, with the contribution of some help to people with autism. This aid will be channeled through the organization is to obrir-Mon. "
THIS is the blog where we can keep both the preparation and challenge himself.
Good luck with your project friends

My soul Silos is the title of poet Inma Jiménez Jorquera, expressing their own human and Christian experience. Is in fact the mature fruit of his deep love for the Benedictine monastery Santo Domingo de Silos monastery where he goes often, because he inspires the time with joy unspeakable taste the sweet flow of monastic prayer times with his eloquent cadences full of serenity, which allows a sensitive soul and discover profound certainly eager for the bread of life and the word which is nothing but the divine presence that asks, moreover, it requires contact with the soft, deep Gregorian rhythm, where the notes vibrate in such a way that they produce in a soul "is not how real and transcendent", as a sensitive soul, familiar with the delights of heaven, he moves ever want this peace, because when we long for taste allows us to feel so deep feelings that go beyond the tangible and sensible. Gibraltar from within. Gibraltar from inside

On 4 August 1704, the British-Dutch fleet, supporting the claim to the crown of Spain of Archduke Karl, son of Emperor Leopold I and Eleanor of Neuburg-, compared to another suitor, Philip Bourbon, son of the Grand Dauphin of France, attacked the fortress of Gibraltar. In making this fall the same way the city and the port of Gibraltar. The occupation of the whole is carried out on behalf of the Austrian candidate English throne. Locate the start of Gibraltar in that ominous day for the history of Spain, means that the majority of Gibraltarians current known or obvious historical part of the territory it inhabits.
Although much is written about Gibraltar and its problems, I am required to start this work in its pages explaining the history before the conquest fraudulent and dishonorable action back to the Crown of Great Britain, the sailors of Admiral Rooke carried out, the only colony that still exists in the XXI century European soil. I firmly believe that this knowledge could help understand the Gibraltarians feeling nostalgic today of loss for the English on haberles been taken away, along with a piece of land, part of their national history. What you have, because in your hands, dear reader, is a sort of trial and memories of personal experiences about the history of Gibraltar with their avatars, the concerns of the people of that peculiar people, their desires and future for their children , their different political and secular bilateral issue between the United Kingdom. Smelly Knickers Fetish

GR 92 NON STOP ULTRA TRAIL OF LES FONTS

could begin the chronicle of this ULTRA TRAIL at the end.
And the end would be to be to congratulate the Centre Excursionist Xerta on the excellent work done over the last three days of competition.
The many participants who came here from a number of points in the English geography, we returned to our homes really satisfied with the treatment received in Xerta and phenomenal scenery we could see in this Ultra trail, aided also by the great time we have enjoyed throughout the weekend.
Special mention goes to the many volunteers who over the 3 days we have been treated with care, both in the aid stations, with many volunteers in all of them as target and especially in the kitchen. Thank you very much to all of them, because they are a basic part in organizing an event of this nature.

NOCTURNETA .
At 9 pm on Saturday gave the output to the ultra trail with this first stage of 23 km and 350 m. of positive slope. track
Much less what people thought, a technical section, but that did not stop the riders fly. It seems that accompanied the moon and the first 3 came to the finish with a time of 1:41 separated by a few seconds.
winners Albert Giné stage was Xari and Adrian.

TRAIL OF LES FONTS.
With little time off, a little after 6 am and still dark, there was the exit on the Trail, 55 km and about 3300 positive. First
miles to Pauls night with a good stretch of balancing on the same curb of a ditch. Is it possible that nobody fell into the ditch?.
From Pauls, km 10, began the real gap with a long stretch known as the Pauls clinical course and a good walk in the mountains of Pauls, which is punishable by a very fresh wind, I think the north. It appreciated the windbreak. Nice drop by forest, also in part coincident with the clinical course Pauls , which would lead the provisioning of the Font de S. Roc at km 23. What a beautiful site and ham and cheese sandwiches were waiting there, among other delicatessens!
From a real wall there, to go to win Carles Alfaro mountains and reach the town after a grueling descent too steep and technical. It was 35 km and the heat and squeeze. Outside windbreaks, another sandwich and long climb back to almost the top of the Coscollar. Both the descent to Alfare and subsequent rise of the match Cursa de la Panxampla Carles Alfaro.
Once in the Coscollar, virtually everything down to the finish, but not stop admiring the beauty of The Muller. The decline coincided with the previous clinical course and the heat was beginning to be a bit dangerous enemy.
The winners of the Trail would Iker Urizar with 6:16 and the great Monica Aguilera ending in 6:52. While Monica only participate in the Trail. COURSE

LES FONTS.
Sunday and the alarm would sound to a more appropriate time and 8 in the morning was already out of the 4 th edition of the Cursa de les Fonts, 27 km and 1600 m positive.
Many new faces on Sunday because the course is part CIRCUIT of the Terres de l'Ebre.
The course is crowned the Coscollar and descent suffer a variation allowing the knob to the left here. Strong
the tax rate that would Javi Delgado goal in 2:35, five minutes ahead of second place. The first row Ultra Gerard Morales would be in fifth position and 10 minutes from Delgado. In girls phenomenal success of Elena Ferreres, ahead of the winner of the Ultra Xari Adrian.
And by the way, nice touch to make up for all the runners who had finished the 3 tests to be served with nice finishers shirt and a diploma. Nice finale! CONGRATULATIONS
XERT for work well done!

attractive Due to unstoppable destruction of the planet, survival of dyarik, the last cutter head, is again in danger. Manlike, King and High Priest of his people, has undertaken a prodigious transformation that will take, he thinks, to the salvation of his people, who are hidden in the innermost corner of the forests of northeastern Borneo. In a few years, this bloodthirsty warrior evolves from the darkness of the Neolithic to even more dangerous world of the Global Economy, in which he has immersed himself with a prodigious success.
As Machiavelli, manlike, with ruthless loyalty oath, prepared for years as ancestral processes, argues that the end justifies the means in his crusade against the destruction of the planet.
The Protector is a novel that will make us wonder about the limits of self defense. Because, how far would be willing to go if we saw our families in danger or our people? Would we kill? And if we did, "feel something like remorse, or believe to be, nothing more, doing our duty? Clemente Rodriguez

Luis Martínez-Calcerrada (Herencia, Ciudad Real, 1934).
Magistrate of the First Chamber of the Supreme Court, Professor of Civil Law permanent member of the Law Commission, Academician of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain, President of the Law Section of the Royal Academy, confereciante and publicist.
has published numerous books and papers, among them the following: The representation in the law of succession (1966), Institutions of Law (1967), Independence of the Judiciary (1970), Comments on English civil code (1973), The discrimination against illegitimate filiation (1977), Current problems in the family (1981), The new family law (1983), Studies of the economic rights (1984), Medical Law (1985), Law Family (1981), the right Machismo (1996), Professional Liability (1996), the new artificial insemination (1989), Treaty of health law (2001), Tribute to the Hon. Mr. Don Antonio Hernández Gil (2001), Marriage and Homosexuality (2005) and the new civil appeals (1992).

Family in English society. Machismo, homosexuality, marriage and abortion
The intense "timeliness" of the topics covered in this book, it is clear from their respective headings, as follows:
Machismo: As epidemic secular arrogance of man over women, because there is no doubt that still exists despite the universal trend matched.
And, speaking of machismo, is merely to highlight the scourge of the age-old ancestral superiority of man "macho" hence the "nomen" which survives in more or less perceptible annihilation of dogma and legally enshrined equality (L . 3 / 2007 of March 2).
As marriage homosexuality and their influence on modern society clearly, shows centuries of controversy never surpassed.
Thus, it addresses the ever-thorny issue of homosexuality, especially in its relationship with positivism inevitable the couple's marriage, when living with the unique identity sexual. And then the question arises, or rather aporia, of is it possible that the gay couple, you see the pernicious influence of machismo, and then how is it manifested?
On the other hand, there is speculation from the strict standpoint of physiology or somatic composition can be found in the homosexual component of the macho man himself, it would be useless to air-to-date, with borders of legality as debatable as any other, in the implementation of the current Law 13/2005 of 2 July.

also studied at the end of the work, the current controversy over abortion, where the contrasting cultural views, social or military, can not avoided the connotations of a religious nature, which in our country struggle to raise the height of concord and reconciliation impossible (particularly with the effect of LO 2 / 2010 of March 3.)

Balsabridge Blueprints

PICON

A beautiful sunny afternoon to the Picon Peña Noon (1404 m). This is a peak in theory almost anyone because I did not scrub the Sierra prevented their access without pricking their fill. I've heard several times, "I'm not back here anymore." But a few months that have cleared the path, so that you can now upload without being Boar. Besides the passage of the plug, a step that brings them to those who have something of dizziness or do not dare to air steps, has been fitted with a rope.
To start this tour is to follow the same road to the shrine or the ravine of San Martín de la Val D'Onsera, approaching to town of San Julian de Banzo. Once caught the track that leads to San Martin park, the branches a few meters, you have to go straight, do not take the right track leading to car park San Martín, a few meters, there are again another fork, the left leads to some farms, we of the right to the end, where you park to get on Peña Aman (Salto del Rodan) and Shabbir (Shabbir Road).
From here the trail, well marked and clear, crossing the ravine of San Martín, and about 500 meters crossing the gorge the path forks, the left leads to the Salto Roldan, and the right our beloved goal. With no loss, because the path is clean, and the rest is impassable, you come first to a hill from which one sees a magnificent silhouette of Picon, just before the jump we have seen Roldan, a slight drop to take another ravine, and durum and quite a vertical climb to take the key step of the pin. Now with cord included. After passing lowered a bit different to catch the drainage channel Picon, and path and a small climb, you come up to the West to Picon.
Very beautiful views and classic Sierra Peak, but has lost, not the hardness that is similar, but the hard part of adventure on the road almost insurmountable had to work to get to the passage of the pin, but not before having a scratched most of the parts of the body. Good
view: Salto de Roldán, Eagle Peak, Monte Perdido, Guara, Gabardiella, Matapaños etc. Five
vulture left instead of the top of the wall to get to step Picón the plug.
Lowering we did in the same place.
Rise Time: 1h. 15 m. Down a little less.
Photos: a few. Videos: various. We start from Huesca
at 4 and we are not made overnight. We did not eat and barely drank. We did not see anyone. Only the vultures. Elevation about 815 meters
positive.

In a few years, this bloodthirsty warrior evolves from the darkness of the Neolithic to the even more dangerous world of the Global Economy, in which he has immersed himself with a prodigious success.

GREAT MARATHON TRAIL

This time, with a morning sunny, we ascended the Bisaurín (2670 m) from Lizara Refuge (1540 m). Many
snow, magnificent views and an ideal day to practice any activity.
We left the shelter at 7.30 am and within an hour and 24 minutes we were in the Foratón Collado (2016). The snow is somewhat frost early in the morning and it is advisable to walk with crampons.
From the hill, the grueling paddle SSO, 30 º 35 º punishes us with a powder snow which makes pulling forward enough, but following the trail becomes more bearable.
After only 3 hours we reached the top. We have been most risers. A half hour lunch and enjoy the stunning views, and began the descent. We
finding a good number of mountain climbing and experiencing the harsh blade, but still have a long way to the top. We at least half an hour we are back in the saddle.
As I have delayed a bit enjoying the camera, Enrique takes to change the plan and start a new climb to the top of the Foratón Punta Alta (2145 m), at a time when we are there. I'm ecstatic for a while while my partner is crested by the Sierra de Gabas. also heard a clear song of cranes, but not we see them, a shame because it is a sight to behold. On this occasion we will soon building on the ridge down a bit full of snow ridge that takes us to the shelter, but we have to look a little life to cross the ravine.
Two hours and fifteen minutes after leaving the summit we are back in the Super Lizara shelter, where I finished the job with some eggs (domestic fowl), fried sausage. PHOTOS
