Arturo

Vinuesa was born in Gibraltar after the Civil War, a British mother and English father. entered the Academy of General Zaragoza and remains as a lieutenant for many years in Africa. As commander in Staff diploma by the armies of Spain and the United Kingdom, Psychological Operations in the latter and Superior Intelligence by Spain and the United States. During ten years remains on the staff of Defense and was appointed Defence Attache at embassies in Baghdad and Islamabad and later Head of Operations of the European Union mission in the Balkan war. He has a PhD in political science. Academic and Vice Chancellor of the Academy de la Hispanidad. Co-founder and former secretary general of the English Institute for University Studies in Security and Foreign Policy Advocacy at the European University. Member of the International Brotherhood of Toledo researchers. Works in various television, radio and newspapers on issues of strategy and foreign policy. He is the author of several books on Strategic Intelligence, the conflicts in Afghanistan, the RF former Yugoslavia, Islam and the Middle East.
