The many participants who came here from a number of points in the English geography, we returned to our homes really satisfied with the treatment received in Xerta and phenomenal scenery we could see in this Ultra trail, aided also by the great time we have enjoyed throughout the weekend.
Special mention goes to the many volunteers who over the 3 days we have been treated with care, both in the aid stations, with many volunteers in all of them as target and especially in the kitchen. Thank you very much to all of them, because they are a basic part in organizing an event of this nature.
NOCTURNETA .
At 9 pm on Saturday gave the output to the ultra trail with this first stage of 23 km and 350 m. of positive slope.

Much less what people thought, a technical section, but that did not stop the riders fly. It seems that accompanied the moon and the first 3 came to the finish with a time of 1:41 separated by a few seconds.

TRAIL OF LES FONTS.
With little time off, a little after 6 am and still dark, there was the exit on the Trail, 55 km and about 3300 positive. First
miles to Pauls night with a good stretch of balancing on the same curb of a ditch. Is it possible that nobody fell into the ditch?.
From Pauls, km 10, began the real gap with a long stretch known as the Pauls clinical course and a good walk in the mountains of Pauls, which is punishable by a very fresh wind, I think the north. It appreciated the windbreak. Nice drop by forest, also in part coincident with the clinical course Pauls , which would lead the provisioning of the Font de S. Roc at km 23. What a beautiful site and ham and cheese sandwiches were waiting there, among other delicatessens!
From a real wall there, to go to win Carles Alfaro mountains and reach the town after a grueling descent too steep and technical. It was 35 km and the heat and squeeze. Outside windbreaks, another sandwich and long climb back to almost the top of the Coscollar. Both the descent to Alfare and subsequent rise of the match Cursa de la Panxampla Carles Alfaro.
Once in the Coscollar, virtually everything down to the finish, but not stop admiring the beauty of The Muller. The decline coincided with the previous clinical course and the heat was beginning to be a bit dangerous enemy.
The winners of the Trail would Iker Urizar with 6:16 and the great Monica Aguilera ending in 6:52. While Monica only participate in the Trail. COURSE
LES FONTS.
Sunday and the alarm would sound to a more appropriate time and 8 in the morning was already out of the 4 th edition of the Cursa de les Fonts, 27 km and 1600 m positive.
Many new faces on Sunday because the course is part CIRCUIT of the Terres de l'Ebre.
The course is crowned the Coscollar and descent suffer a variation allowing the knob to the left here. Strong
the tax rate that would Javi Delgado goal in 2:35, five minutes ahead of second place. The first row Ultra Gerard Morales would be in fifth position and 10 minutes from Delgado. In girls phenomenal success of Elena Ferreres, ahead of the winner of the Ultra Xari Adrian.
And by the way, nice touch to make up for all the runners who had finished the 3 tests to be served with nice finishers shirt and a diploma. Nice finale! CONGRATULATIONS
