- The oldest runner a Guipuzcoa December 48 and the youngest, neither more nor less than a favorite: Mireia Miró (July 88)
- 867 and 496 Catalan and Basque communities with the highest representation.
- 44 English provinces represented, with the highest representation with 560 Guipúzcoa and Barcelona with 355.
As to favorites, and all wheel Jornet Kilian, would score on Luis Alberto Hernando , Aitor Osa, Andy Symonds and Ricky Lightfoot. But the French are remarkable Michel Rabat, Tomas Lorblanches, and Nicolas Darmaillacq, the two Russians Solomon team, Tom Owens, Fulvio Dapitan, Mikhail Manleev and Portuguese Carlos SA and another rider who can be seen by Joseba Beloki Aizkorri.
